Our individual conclusions

In this way, while doing this task we have realised about which aspects we did understand and which ones were not that clear. We think that, sometimes, making an exam does not mean that your learning process is more successful. In our opinion, reflections/diaries and projects or activities in which you can apply all the theoretical learning and put it into practice are useful ways to have better knowledge and “feel the learning”.

Moreover, doing the learner reflection in group has been really positive, since it has allowed us to discuss and share ideas about what we have learnt, about the difficulties we have faced, etc. Learning is sharing, so reflecting all together about several aspects of TEPBLL has given us new perspectives and has let questions arise. And, of course, it has made us work collaboratively, which is one of the main aspects of the methodology we have been working on.

In the following sections you can find our personal conclusions, but as a final reflection, we wanted to conclude our speech with a quote:

GROUP CLOSING

Now it is time to say goodbye…! But before, we would like to show a general overview about the course and the creation of our learner reflection.

So far, we can say that doing the learner reflection has helped us become more aware of our learning process. As discussed along the course, when trying to summarize and relate ideas, highlight key points, explain certain concepts or draw conclusions, we become aware of the aspects we have been working on.

“It is not about the technology; it’s about sharing knowledge and information, communicating efficiently, building learning communities and creating a culture of professionalism in schools. These are the key responsibilities of all educational leaders”
